Normajean has lived in the Seattle area for 25. Her passion lies in helping people realize their dream of home ownership and then teaching them how to invest in properties to secure a better future for themselves and their family. Recently, Normajean has added a new Team Member - Colin Nguyen who is fluent in Vietnamese as well as English. Colin has previously worked for Countrywide as a Lender and helps clients understand all aspects of their purchase.

Normajean has a wonderful husband who is also a Realtor and does all of the "behind the scenes" work to allow her the time to give personalized and professional service to her clients. With two children at home, a boy and a girl, she stays active in the community and schools.
Normajean is a Professional Home Stager as well as being a great Realtor! In 2004 she earned the President Elite designation and continued on in that vein in 2005, 2006 and 2007 with the President's Club designation. Normajean knows that staged homes sell faster for more money and helps her clients achieve that level of marketability.
